Our project just outside of Garden City - Garden City Housing: 45 Pop Lofts and 125 Midway - was recently featured in the Providence Journal.
The Garden City housing development is located behind the original garden city on the former propery of the St Mark Catholic Church. In phase one of the project, which is currently under construction, we're converting a former Catholic school into twenty, modern apartment units. The school has been fully gutted, is being completely insulated and updated, and will feature generous layouts, large windows, and modern amenities. It's adaptive re-use at it's best. During phase two of the project, we'll be building a brand new building featuring 32 luxury-style condo and apartment units. This building, 125 Midway, will feature underground parking, elevator access, a fitness room, and other amenities. It's also being built to aggressive green building standards and will be among the most energy efficient multui-family buildings in the state. For tenants, this means comfortable spaces, clean indoor air qualit, and miniscule energy bills.
