Bowdoin Street was a modular venture designed in house and built off site. Once delivered the installation took only 10 day and only 2 months for finishing touches. The development includes 8 units, 6 of which are 2 story row houses and are anchored by two 1 bedroom apartments on each end. The units were designed fully electric and net zero ready, while keeping in mind solar orientation for future solar panels. The design and integration of a parking lot was also integrated and able to fit on the lot.
