Located adjacent to 45 Pop Lofts, 125 Midway is a new 28-unit apartment building including a mix of one-, two-, and three- bedroom units.

This was a new building type for us: three stories of wood construction above a concrete "podium" style parking garage. As usual this a high performance building that exceeds basic energy efficiency standards. It features "double-stud" wall construction, high performance ductless mini-split heating/cooling units, and meticulous attention to air sealing details.
