The owners of an empty lot in a new suburban cul-de-sac wanted something different from the typical “Colonial” style home that all their neighbors were building so they called Truth Box! This home features an open first floor plan, fabulous master suite upstairs, and plenty of modern detailing built by local artisans and fabricators. The owners were involved with the design process at every step and their home has a custom “feel” they sought.

Meanwhile, super insulation, downsized hvac, eco-friendly interior finishes all add up to make this the greenest home in the ‘hood, and certainly the one with the lowest energy bills. And all of this was achieved for the same construction cost as their neighbors. This project was built by our partner Jordan at D&P Real Estate. Completed 2012.
