Located directly adjacent to Urban Greens grocery store, The Upton Residences houses 30 apartments with a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom units. Like the others, it follows our mantra of affordable energy-efficient design and construction including double insulated walls, ERV systems and solar panels. Hardie siding surrounds the exterior- allowing us to take artistic liberties with paint colors- especially on the alley side that traditionally does not get the most attention.

The Upton Residences is one of the first of its kind to be considered work force housing in the state of Rhode Island.
